Terms of Service
Please ensure you have read through these terms and agree to them before commissioning us.
Standard Terms of Service
“Guild” is defined as all guild members who work on the project.
When the client engages the guild to create a 3D model, they confirm that they are either the legal copyright owner of the reference design submitted, or they have a license in writing from the copyright owner of the design for it to be used for making the 3D model.
The guild will hold any copyright which is created by the guild.
The client receives a license to use the model as detailed in the following terms:
The client may freely make and edit pictures, screenshots and videos using the commissioned model.
Editing the model directly (e.g. changing parts, commissioning somebody else to add features, etc.) is only permitted with explicit written permission from the artist.
Credit to the artists involved in the project are expected and required on the client’s website or any social media that they plan to use the model on. (e.g. if videos of the model are to be uploaded to youtube, the credit to the artist should be in the information section of the video or the about section of the youtube profile page)
The client receives limited commercial use rights of the work for the purpose of live streaming and social media posts and cannot be resold or repurposed unless Full Commercial Use Rights have been granted.
Full Commercial Use rights may be purchased for an additional fee.The exact scope of the Commercial Use Licence will be discussed with the client on a case-by-case basis"
The commissioned model may be freely showcased by the guild. The commissioner will be charged an additional fee for the rights to keep the commission confidential. Refer to the Payment Policy for details.
The term of duration for support for 3D models is 1 year after handing over the final files.
The guild reserves the right to revoke permissions granted to the client if any of the terms of service have been violated.
Payment Policy
The guild will set up a payment schedule for each commission.
The guild reserves the right to cancel the commission if the initial invoice from is not paid within 1 month. The initial invoice is defined as the first invoice sent by the first artist who starts on the commission.
After making initial payment but before starting work, cancellation may be made. There will be a non-refundable amount of 100USD or 10% of the amount paid, whichever is lower.
If partial work has been done and has been communicated to the client, partial refund for the sum other than the non-refundable deposit may be made. The refunded amount depends on how much work has been done.
No refund can be given for any completed stages of the commission.
The client may request for the commission to be kept confidential until debut or until 6 months after work is completed and handed over to them, whichever is earlier. This will incur a fee of 20% of the total invoice.
The first 2 edits/adjustments/changes per stage of modeling (modeling → rigging → texturing→ shape keys→ setting up) are free. From the 3rd edit/adjustment/change, there will be an additional revision charge, the sum of which needs to be discussed .

Frequently asked questions about 3D VTubing
Q: How do I get a Nilotoon conversion?
Do note that you need a Warudo Pro license in order to utilize a model with Nilotoon shader in Warudo. If you don't have the Warudo Pro license yet, you can inquire with info@warudo.app to find out about the cost and process.Nilotoon conversion done by us would be 200USD and you will get your model in .warudo format with Nilotoon shader + the existing model's physics settings copied onto it (VRM springbone, dynamic bones or magicacloth v1 or v2).If you would like to convert the same model base with different hairstyles or outfits on it to Nilotoon, it would cost 100USD for subsequent conversions.
